Showmax is a ********** company! No refund policy! Do not support!

In February I paid R99 for the month of March directly to Showmax. I had later in the month informed them that I was reconnecting my Dstv subscription and will be linking Showmax on that account at a reduced fee of R49. At no point did Showmax advise that they will refund me the full R99 although dstv later also billed me for the month of March at full R49. No pro-rata fees at all. When we enquired with Showmax, they mentioned they will approve only R50 refund. Where is the other R49 I paid????

When I made further enquiries I was informed by Noxolo that "SHOWMAX DOES NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY and if she escalates my query for me then nothing will be done about it" and will therefore only be returning my R50. Is the R50 not a refund????

Do not support Showmax. Up till today, over a month and half, I am still waiting for the R50 plus the R49 they *****ently are keeping.
