Showmax is a *****!

I subscribed to showmax on the 29th of June 2020 an amount of R49 was deducted. On the 30th another deduction was made and then on the 1st of July another deduction was made even after canceling on the 30th due to the double deduction. I sent a message through live chat to someone called Kayla, she said that on the system it still shows active, even though that does not explain on why there are deductions on my account everythday. I have sent her a screenshot of my emails showing the email I received after cancelation. I want my money back this is *****. She said that she has escalated the matter I have no Ref number and I have yet to receive any feedback from anyone. This is pathetic!
