Showmax is a disgrace

I signed up for the 14 day free trial. I then noticed that they had taken R449 out of my back account for the month of June and July without any notification. When I tried to contact them to refund me my money and cancel the subscription (which I never subscribed to), you cannot speak to them. You have to live chat or email which is very frustrating and long winded. Long story short they refused to refund me my money as said that someone by the name of John activated the showmax pro option with my card details and there is no way they can refund me my money. I told them this is *****. All they know about their clients is an email address and bank details so this person cannot be traced. Moral of the story is that when signing up for a free trial this is not what you get. Instead your card details are used and showmax throw their hands in the air and say there is nothing they can do! I have been ****** of R900. Will in principal never subscribe to showmax.
