Showmax IP address blocking

I am a premium DSTV subscriber and also by chance a technical peraon and my job title is Systems Architect at one of the biggest banks in SA. Having this dstv subscription which means I should have access to Showmax. This was usually the case, until a week or so ago. Now When I try to access Showmax, there is a Technical error displayed indicating that my IP address is blocked for access by Showmax. When I queried this, Showmax told me that to them it is looking like my IP address is connecting from outside South-Africa and I need to check with my ISP. I checked with Afrihost, and they said it not the case. When I did the technical invetigation my self, the internet messages are clearly not leaving the country before it reaches Showmax. There is clearly people at Showmax not willing to help or not capable. Can someone with brains at Showmax please resolve this ASAP and unblock my IP? See below the test results i ran:
