Showmax ( in constant 'loading screen phase')

I Signed up with Showmax using a promo code voucher i received with my new Samsung Smart TV's. <br> <br> Loaded the vouchers and no problem, watched 2 shows, then had dinner and wanted to watch a third show and loaded Showmax up and it said 'Showmax loading, loading, loading on a blue background screen , 4th day now, no Showmax....<br> <br> you think i could get this resolved through email correspondence? anyone trying to deal with the good folks at Showmax primarily through email , good luck<br> <br> Netflix, just works, on multiple devices. . If showmax intend on providing this servoce to the world , it should make no difference what area im in? I will not give up netflix , hulu and HBO Now , just so i can watch a fraction of the shows on Showmax.<br> <br> If they really want to provide a good product, maybe they should invest in a call centre with some seriously good technical guys there to assist. Faceless entities are short lived.<br> <br> <br>
