Showmax ******* Activity

Showmax debited my account this month after I cancelled my subscription a month ago! After they took my money they stopped me from watching shows anyways.... it says I must up grade to beable to watch.

I unsubscribed as financially I just cant afford this...then they still took my money and now I cant watch :(
