Showmax hiding behind chatbot
I signed up for a plan including Premier League by mistake. I am trying to cancel Premier League, but apparently I would have to cancel everything (idiotic). The only "help" available is a useless chatbot, no contact number, no email. Nothing irritates me more than companies hiding behind "chatbots".
