Showmax Help Chat sucks!

Well needed to get help in linking my DSTV premium account to a existing address for Showmax. DSTV could not help me as their Showmax colleagues do not answer her. I was on the phone with her for 20 plus minutes. She was very helpful. I then went on the Showmax help chat. And i am 20 minutes into the chat now still no help . It is rather pathetic.
