Showmax has the worst customer service in the world

Other than the badly engineered software that Showmax runs on, the customer service is the worst. If you select chat, no one responds... and then they close the ticket when they see you are not online to assist in fixing the issue. Is this supposed to compete with world class services like Netflix? What a disappointment!!
