Showmax *****

Showmax ***** Someone got access to my Showmax info. This person succeeded in discontinuing my Showmax subscribtion. He then sent me an email stating that I used his credit card and must contact him. This is a **** as he wants to obtain my credit card info. He sent this ********** email to 4 of us. Different people. Including personal info that only Showmax posess. I reported this to Showmax but instead of confronting the ********, they now want all of my credit card details. To do what with? What if this is an inside job? I asked them politely to ask this info from the ********. He will not be able to give it to them. But they refuse. If it is an inside job, because how did this person got hold of 4 of our very private and sensitive info, how can I even think about supplying all of my credit card details to them? I am very dissapointed in Showmax. Their security is not up to standard. They side with this ******** rather than confronting him. I sent them all the emails, showing that it is a **** but to no avail. Be very careful. This person is Andre Steenkamp, his email address: andresteenkamp ***. Any suggestions how I can get Showmax to investigate this ***** without giving them my credit card details?
