Showmax false advertising now I must suffer

Good day trust you well yesterday I made a mistake I saw ad for showmax pro 225 so I thought I will upgrade I made payment 225 and to my dismay it was for showmax pro mobile in the ad it didn't say it was for mobile now I can't watch showmax on my ps4 but can only watch on my phone.... This is not going to work for me can you please put me back on showmax standard please... They falsely advertised via email showmax pro but I subscribed to showmax pro mobile... And the agent Yamkela cancelled my showmax pro mobile and said I must resubscribe to standard and pay R99 but I had credit for 6 months with my standard she says it was fortfeit
