showmax false advertising and failing to give refunds

So I usually have showmax standard pay 100 rand every month for the standard package , so this month I did the same , then I saw an advert saying that showmax pro does Live sports games such as rugby , cricket and soccer , all the live games you can want in one package as the advert said , so I upgraded to showmax pro to watch the South Africa vs New Zealand games , searched and searched but could not find it anywhere . Eventually I contacted support to ask why the game wasn't on there they said they don't do international games or local rugby games , I thought strange they advertised that they do , regardless I requested a refund and a downgrade back to showmax standard , they said no problem your refund will take 1 to 2 weeks to show in my account .

2 weeks come and go I contact support they say your refund hasn't been completed but it is now being fast tracked and I will be contacted by support by email in 24 for 48 hours later .

5 days later I contact them again , they then say that my refund has been declined due to me using showmax , I infact never used any of the showmax pro features at all while waiting for my refund , I only used my standard features , made very sure of that .

So basically I was given the run around for over 3 weeks then told it was declined , Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with .

So to other users beware of them they falsely advertise and then fail to refund you your money beware
