Showmax false advertising

During December 2020 Showmax advertised per email an discounted subscription of 50% (R49 per month). I reacted on that, got confirmation, and then on 4 January, they took R99 from my bank account. When I made an enquiry, the person at customer services said there wasn't such an offer. I then emailed her the offer, of which Showmax sent various emails during Desember 2020. She then rep**** by saying that that the 14 days free trail is the discount. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my subscription. Clearly Showmax is doing false advertising
