I bought an Explora ultra decoder with a Showmax option on the decoder, all I'm asking for three weeks from Showmax is to add Showmax to my DStv bill, but their app is not working and no one at Showmax can assist me or fix the problem. They send me steps to follow, and I did follow them but still not working.
