Showmax DSTV

This is the worst service ever I open an account with the incorrect email address so when logging in I could not so I open using the correct email address which I could successfully login to not knowing that showmax created 2 accounts and bill me for 2 x accounts which does not even make sense why someone will have 2 accounts I have called dstv to cancel this numerous times which their only reply was that they have notified showmax but yet billing me everymonth showmax is saying I must speak to dstv and dstv says I must speak to showmax
