Showmax Dstv

Hi dstv switch of my decoder cause I'm suppose to pay a showmax I never used never whatch a movie or had a trial tried to cancelled it but to no avail dstv makes a profit out of it and are in with this showmax ******* I'm with dstv for a long time and only use dstv compact show how the hell can they charge me for something I don't watch
