Showmax does not link to DSTV profile.

I bought DStv stream with Showmax entertainment on the 30 of July 2024. I could not link the Showmax to the DSTV at home or even on my app. I had many phone calls with DSTV agents and emails to Showmax. Till today my problem is not solved. I paid for the service that I don't have access to. Very poor service, DSTV give your agents proper training. Showmax please tell me how can I chat with a robot who can't help me. There is no option to select for my problem. I'm never going to make use of your services again.
