SHOWMAX DISASTER

I have been a Dstv Multichoice Premium Customer for 22 years I think and have everything recently have not used Showmax but see there are a number of programs which would interest me and simply cannot gain access at all the one screen help gives me a code to input into the site but still cannot gain access have spoken to a number of people who say they can assist and then ask the most ridiculous question and ask to be rated on their help when you say it is bad the screen says you must answer a question (mandatory) well I see nowhere that I am able to do this either??????????
