showmax deducting my babk account please reverse ny money.is stresing me

showmax keeps deducting on my bank account even when i dont have active account. i called my bank for revesal they said i must contact showmax.there are no numbers on showmax like dstv, so i sent mail to client support but they rep**** as i don't have account with them now every month end they deduct R99. is two month now.
