Showmax debits account for 3 years after canceling (R3920)

Showmax debited my account for 3 years after canceling totaling R3920, case after case after case, then escalation, and no one gets back to you, now passing the buck to say it is still active BUT active on an account that does not belong to me, but dedits my account.
