SHOWMAX- CUTTING OFF THE NEWS CHANNELS

Hi i joined Showmax April and had the NEWS channels included. Last night there were no channels and i tried to contact the chat line holding on 20 min without any answer and eventually sent a few emails. I received a response this morning they have all been removed. No notice has been given regarding this but see our DSTV packages. You can see our DSTV packages - Really !!!!! . Is this not a breach of agreement as you buy bread and milk and end up with bread only. NOT A GOOD SHOW FOR SHOWMAX
