SHOWMAX CON ARTIST

Why DSTV is even associated with Showmax. My Showmax subscription one minute is cancelled which I did myself and next minute according to DSTV its not. If DSTV cannot assist with Showmax queries then why are they then deducting money on behalf of Showmax?

Showmax confirmed and told me via live chat because you cannot get hold of them telephonically that the amount that appears on my account would be cleared, what a bunch of LIES, because of their LIES and DECEIT now my DSTV subscription has been disconnected. My question to DSTV how do I get hold of Showmax as I would like to speak to a consultant telephonically , If you cannot even get hold of Showmax or assist with their queries then why take my money for Showmax and disconnected my DSTV subscription. Now I am left to pay reconnection fees and Showmax for services I have not used. If anyone from Showmax and DSTV can get back to me to sort out this mess
