Showmax collection but no service being received

I would like to out in a bad review about Showmax linked on the DSTV account I have been paying R49 since August 2023 and still till today I can view showmax under my account. Whenever I request for my password to be sent to me I'm told my email address is not on the system so why am I being charged for a service that is supposedly not there?? I have contacted DSTV online, via Chat, via the call center and all I'm told is to contact *** but they don't seem to care, my email reference is ***1 I was emailed back by Sifundo no assistance, 2nd person to email back is Teboho no assistance next person was Phumzile still no assistance I have even asked them to call me but no one has called me. I'm being charged together with my DSTV account and I'm told to check myDSTV app and the showmx fee is there. I sent them pictures of my account and the premium, I'm getting tired of this now and I just want a full refund from August 2023 as I can't pay for a service then I'm being told it's not there????WELL WHERE THE f%$# IS THEN???
