showmax

since 2019 Showmax has been debiting my account. no matter how many times i tried to cancel they still continued. i have never used their services except on the trial version. today the lady tells me i have to use the speicfic email account i setup the trial version with. what does that matter, i am the same individual that they are taking this money from, so what does it matter how i communicate this. if the owner of the bank account is saying stop taking my money i am not using your services, should they not listen and should they not match the actual bank account with the person who owns the account. they refuse to give me my money back because i did not use a specific email. how do i get my money back, i never used their services.
