Showmax can't get my account and data removed.

If I could rate Showmax support a zero I would. I cancelled my DSTV account and Showmax was a part of it. Now I get emails about no payment for the Showmax account, but I cannot REMOVE the account, close the account or get rid of it. Instead, I must unsubscribe from the emails. The account sits there, with my information which I cannot remove! Not only is this annoying, but it means that I cannot control MY information! Truly terrible service! The right to be forgotten doesn't exist.
