Showmax Cancellation Nightmare

Cancel anytime - What a load of hogwash! Tried cancelling my subscription via the help center chat as there was no option online to do so. It was confirmed by the assistant just to be billed again for a month I already paid for. Log onto the chat help center again and now you "can't" cancel without a technical team. Send emails, chat with help center operators - no joy. How do you suggest we go about cancelling subscriptions!
