Showmax billing is trash

This deserves less than one star!! I had my free trial that ended on the 11th of June,the account was suspended,I even got a message from them,showmax now decided to bill me 10 days later on the 22? Why wgen i haven't even been using the service? And wheny trial ended!!! I tried to further the matter on their twitter account and they don't care,after explaining to them multiple times they refuse to refund me,how do they bill for a suspended account I haven't used and then activate after they've billed me? Im livid,don't trust showmax,I want my money back, someone assist
