ShowMax bad service ever

I subscribed to showmax few months ago. I later realized they have been changing me twice per month for 1 subscription.

I attempted to contact them then after a while they tell me they can't refund me. I have got to approach dstv as the subscription linked by them is not active yet. I asked them how can money be deducted for a subscription that was never active but they told me to go to dstv. All I wanted my my refund but all they care about is money .

Their customer service is terrible. They ask you to send documentation over and over
