Showmax bad service

Really bad service,Not happy at all...i linked my DSTV account with Showmax and i know the debit should come from DSTV but nooo i paid DSTV and showmax decided to go and debit again,i sent an email they took a week to respond and its been 3 days since i sent my card details and still nothing. No contact details and wow
