I joined, and downloaded app on tv, and phone. Can view on mobile app - but cannot watch the shows at all on my new Samsung smart TV. Customer service keeps harping on about internet quality… I can watch all other services - Netflix, amazon, red bull etc. No internet speed/quality issues at all. ********** service from a large company. Do not care, incapable of understanding and solving problems. Lucky they have a monopoly in the market, else they’d bleed customers
