Showmax - avoid at all costs!

I wish I had never signed up for Showmax. I have not been able to access Showmax for over 6 weeks and decided to cancel my subscription. My notification of cancellation is ignored completely and they continue to debit my account monthly. I have never known such appalling service, and think what they are doing is actually *****ulent.
