SHOWMAX ARE *******

When I signed up for the free trial, they immediately charged me R99. I asked for a refund, they keep saying it is awaiting approval. One month later, they then day it is "awaiting a decision". WHAT IS THERE TO DECIDE!?! I should not have been charged, end of story. I also activated two vouchers which give me six months of free viewing, so even at the end of the trial I wouldn't have been charged. Showmax basically stole R99 from me and is refusing to refund me. Their social media channels are useless. The live chat doesn't work at all. What a joke! This is why Netflix is the smart choice!
