Showmax and Telkom - biggest ********!

We're fed up with Telkom and Showmax. Showmax keeps on referring me to Telkom and vice versa, although Telkom stopped the Showmax premium 2 months AFTER it was writtenly cancelled (2 weeks in advance before the end of the month) they still did not refund the 2 premiums ****** from the bank account. We send proof to both parties and still nothing!
