Showmax and DSTV Empty promises.

I took the pricelock package with Dstv which is supposed to include showmax as part of the premium subscription. This was last month. I still am not able to access showmax. Despite numerous calls to DSTV and showmax the situation still hasn't been resolved. They jusy keep saying that the problem is being investigated or escalated. My problem with Dstv is that they are promising showmax as part of the premium subscription. In my experience thats an outright lie. My problem with showmax is that they get to hide behind their live chats while not fixing the problem. It must be nice not to have to listen to an angry customer and to just text them to have a nice day while you blatantly choose to disregard their complaints. How I miss being able to work into a place and have my complaint resolved immediately instead of having to put up with uninterested call centre and chat room representatives that don't have a vested interest in helping .
