Showmax activation
Cannot log into my Showmax account. I'm a showmax customers for almost 2 years now and use the same login details every month. Since they updated there app , everything when wrong.
I spoke to showmax live chat for almost 2 hours , just to find out that my username ( email) do not excist on there sisterm. Did upload my proof of payment and email convermation that my account is active after mayment. They coudn't help. Live chat told me to activate a new account with my email (username) , but when i did so there sisterm told me that my email did accist and i need to login. I emailed *** for help and they told me that my "issue appears to be more complex, we recommend reaching out to our helpful live chat agents for quicker assistance". ( shift the blame)
Still not activated and cannot login for two weeks now.
This is unacceptable and they will need to compensate all there customers. Hope they will come back to me.

11 Aug 2024, 11:34Thank you for reply. You email from Showmax UK stated that I close my account. That is totally false. Showmax deducted from my bank account and I am supose to have it on my DSTV account aswell. Why would i close my account if i paid for it. Showmax is ****.
