SHOWMAX ACCOUNT KEEPS ON LOGGING OUT

Our showmax account always logs out near to the end of most series or movies and once you log back in you cant resume like on DSTV Catch Up or forward the movie you haeto watch it all over again. We have tried everthing to correct it but it keeps on logging out. Does anybody else have the same challenge?
