SHOWMAX A WASTE OF MONEY

Show max streaming very poor on all my devices yet I have good downloads speeds of 7 to 12 kbps. I went on line and chat to the agents and was promised feed back in 3 days. Now waiting more than a week. Tried sending e mail review to showman but no reply
