Showmax

I am an unhappy client, of which I started with showmax as a trial period for 14 days as advised that after you can cancel. I have tried that for so many times and every month since then I have been debited for something that am not even using. I contacted them , was advised that in august it was scheduled for deactivation, yet again on the 19th of september it was activated again. This is really frustrating especially with the kind of economy we at where jobs are lost but then you try to be civil but showmax is not playing their part
