Showmax *******.

On Friday, 1st September, I paid for a Showmax Pro package, under the impression that I would be able to view the upcoming Rugby World Cup. After numerous failed attempts to activate Showmax on my TV as well as having seen that the World Cup, will not, in fact, be available on Showmax, I decided to cancel my subscription. I was informed however that this is not possible and that there would be no refund forthcoming. How is it possible ,in this day and age, that you cannot get a refund four hours after signing on ? It is disgraceful business practice. Together with the fact that Showmax has misleading information on Google and the fact that they refuse me a refund is the reason I rate this business one star.
