Showmax

I recently joined showmax on a 14 day trial period. I am in the second week now but every day I struggle to watch the contents a available as it tells me to upgrade. I am looking for a alternative to DStv as it is to expensive. I tried to contact showmax help but every message I left on the website was in answers.. S.m Lombard ***
