Showmax

I have stopped my showmax account about 5 months ago, because we don't watch it anymore.. All good and well, but the last two months they have deducted R99.00 from my account. When i tried to email them they keep on telling me thaf5it was stopped and hasn't taken my money, but my bank account shows that Showmax has taken my R99.00 for the second month now. Im fed up with them!!!!
