Showax is deduction after i cancelled the 14 day trial, for 2 months, ID no ***

In January i signed up for the 14 days free trial and cancelled but showmax has has deducted for both Jan and Feb, but when i go to my showmax profile , it says i have no subscriptions and my card information is not there,

There is no contact number online to give them a call and this is making me angry and frustrated, can they please return my money and cancel any subscriptions that reflect on their side , Kind regards Asanda Panda
