Shocking Service - Avoid!!!
<p>You cannot call Showmax when you have a problem - you must mail them or "chat". The chat service does not work properly as you are told you are no 1 in the queue but there is no response. You are told the average time to answer is (say) 30 seconds but you wait for 10 minutes with no response. And the system is not working and you want to watch. </p>
