SHAME ON SHOWMAX
Check your bank and credit card accounts!!! When Showmax first came on line, we all had to pay a monthly charge by direct debit to our bank or credit card accounts. But later on when Netflix became so popular, Showmax cut their monthly charge to zero so as to keep their customers from moving to Netflix as long as you were a Premium DSTV customer. But they still continue to take payment from my credit card. And they refuse to refund my overpayments. Shame on Showmax. Check your bank/credit card monthly accounts.

05 Aug 2024, 19:17I must have sent about 20 emails to Showmax explaining the problem. Showmax said in writing that it has paid my refunds. Notwithstanding this statement, no refund payments have been made.
