Shady Showmax

So Sanlam decides to reward me with 2 months free showmax on them of which it is contingent on you signing up...anyway i do so. Works like a charm....on my phone!!!!! Its downloaded and set up on the tv and looks wonderful ....trailers play beautifully and clearly until you press play!! Then you are sent into this wonderful world of absolute nothingness....no picture, no sound just a full on black screen. You go onto facebook seeking help and get no response. You try calling and you get no joy. While it is all good that these two months are on Sanlam what happens when it expires and i need to watch? I also noticed several/many messages asking about how to resolve the same problem which gets me thinking....do they care about customer service or just the subscription fees as i also noted consumer complained about cancelling their subscription and still having money taken off of their accounts. Is there any way that showmax can actually give us what we/ out insurers pay for without the bull!!!!
