Service is very bad so disappointing

This new showmax is ridiculous as a huge company you could have migrated customers over in batches to avoid this nightmare we living now...

Anyway my main reason for posting is that I cannot get through to any1 to get my account sorted.... ur live chat is the pits.... she asks me for my email address and then doesn't continue chatting 30mins of waiting to chat to some1 and an additional 20mins or trying to get a response.... you should try adding times in your chat sp that when I screenshot how horrific the chat went you can actually see what you are employing to uphold your name.... my overall experience has been nothing less than frustrating.... I need some1 to call me and sort this out or I want a refund coz I can't get my account fixed!!!
