I am a Sanlam reality member received a voucher for 5 months free

I previously used dstv and had showmax via my premium subscription recently cancelled dstv and along cancelled showmax my son loves the shows on showmax so I decided let me use my voucher 5 months free should put him at ease abit received an email saying voucher added need to update payment method

all good and well I did so with the intention of only using it for the 5 months owed to me as I am trying to cut costs...

well showmax took it upon themselves to deduct the subscription money seconds after method updated after instructing me to do so only to effect my voucher

now they don't want to refund me useless pathetic service so easy to take people's money but take no accountability for errors this is really garbage service and I hope more and more people realise this sooner rather than later
