I read about Showmax Pro yesterday and I signed up. No trial. R449 on the spot gone. My friend has always had Showmax on his PS4, so I downloaded on mine as well to watch sports. I could not find the sports section so I contacted them via chat. I spent an hour troubleshooting and getting disconnected. After two hours, I was told that Sports is not supported for gaming consoles. I requested a cancellation and a refund, since it is no use to me, I did not get my money back, only that it will be cancelled. I do not wish to use it, it does not work for me and I have not streaming a single thing. I took it for sports. I sent emails, spoke to different agents, but all I get is YOU DID NOT READ THE FAQS AND THE TERMS, IT IS ON YOU. I want my money back!! Disgusting service. Why was I taken through troubleshooting when it is not even supported!
