I purchased showmax service pro for R449.00 on the 07th November 2021 , the ad promised one month free however on the 07th December 2021 which is the 02nd month the promised “1 month free” was not activated and channels were closed .

I feel that showmax is ******** subscribers and wish that consumer commission can investigate this ****.

I called their call centre today around 19:30 and spoke to Kyalin who seemed very clueless and even asked for my password which I believe is very wrong.
