I don’t know understand why consumers have to complain before companies like showmax provide the service that was promised. I cancelled my account last year and showmax just continued debiting my account, the online chat is practically useless, the consultants you speak to either don’t care or have something better to do than to actually assist customers. I want to be reimbursed and never see or hear anything about showmax.
